Years ago, I went out to dinner with my boss after a successful planning board meeting. The waitress came to take our order. Roger had looked at the menu, but put it down. He asked for a salad, and he told the waitress what he wanted in the salad. The waitress wrote it down and turned to me. I ordered a hamburger. This was the first time I had ever seen someone order off menu. The experience has stayed with me.
At Sealander Architects, we do not have a menu. We listen to what you say. We write it down. Then we bring you the best architecture we possibly can.
